Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actor. She's best known for the roles she played in the movie Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful, The Great and Powerful, Is Where I Leave You. Amantha Holden plays her current role in Rectify on the Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American film director and actress who also works on television. Her appearances in the drama show Rectify and the sci-fi show Timeless earned her the title of a celebrity. Gulf Breeze native Her first role was as a soap star in the show All My Children. Her character in the soap opera All My Children won the actress an award by the soap Opera Digest as the Best Female Newcomer. In the following years, she mainly played roles as guest stars in a number of television programs. Her popularity was rewarded for her character of the character Dr. Erin Jameson in the drama series Hawthorne. With her amazing looks and a dazzling acting ability, she slowly gained an enormous fan base. Her first film appearance came when she was around 20 and was acting in the movie Campfire Stones. Her other roles in are Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. For her role in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. On the television show Timeless Spencer played the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer has been nominated as an Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's performance on Timeless. The series has won praise from critics.
